What does a typical project entail?
There is not a standard project type at A&R Strategy Partners. We first listen to owner goals and then design a unique approach to best achieve those goals (for example, that may be a new innovation strategy, a new financial path, a new manufacturing optimization plan, or designing safe spaces for key stakeholders to work out long-standing issues).
How long does a typical project take?
There is no set time since we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our projects generally range from a few months to a few years depending on what needs to be done and how quickly we are able to help ownership get the staff in place to achieve the goals.
What does a typical project cost?
We typically bill based on an hourly rate that fits the owner’s goals and timeframe. Occasionally on a longer term project we will mutually determine a monthly retainer fee. Costs are completely based upon the work required and the pace at which owners want to execute the work internally.
